My husband's blood pressure has always been high, even with blood pressure prescription drugs. In the last couple months his BP has been going down thanks to the oils,  most of the time is practically normal.
We have been putting lemongrass and/or basil in the kidney area at night, and he has been drinking water with a few drops of Lemon oil everyday.

My Idea is Capsule #1 Zendocrine 5 drops, and Lemon, Marjoram, Ylang Ylang, and OnGuard 4 drops each. Then capsule #2 Clove, Lemongrass, Melaluca, Lavender, and Oregano 4 drops each. I use the droppers from Aroma Tools so I can get about 20 drops in a capsule. Is this over kill on the EO Capsules or does anybody have any suggestions or experiences. Thank You CBW
