Only thing I know of is Kegeling. With a prolapse after the birth of a large baby Kegeling 100x a day and keeping the uterus up with a belly band keeping it up off the muscle to repair was what worked while taking really good Vitimins to give the body what it needed to repair. I'd recommend Kegaling at least 100 reps - I know that sounds excessive but the midwife & OBGYN did not think things would go back. Work up to doing elivator kegals.

Maybe Sandlewood would be helpfull to take down inflammation from the constant pressure or Frankinsince. Seems inflammation in the muscle would be a big deal with the musle shelf it all sits on.

I'm not sure if DeepBlue would help or not but essential oils are balancing right? So theoretically it might help with Frankinsince. I'd muscle test every oil. Starting with those 3.
