My hubby and I take 5-6 drops Lemongrass +2 drops Cypress + 2 drops
Lavender daily for this...mine is normally very good though so I'm
really just taking it to assure it stays good...hubby's is bad and he
had labs this week so I will be interested to see if this has changed
his #s over the past 2-3 months b/c that's when we began taking this
daily.
