I thought I was developing some peripheral neuropathy in my feet, because my toes frequently felt "stiff" when I flexed them. I was using Deep Blue Rub for something else when I decided to try massaging my feet with it. At first I only massaged my toes and a couple inches up my instep, and I felt tingling in those areas. I have been doing this for the past 3 or 4 days, and now the tingling has extended up to my legs, almost to my knees.
I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic several years ago, but I have corrected my diet and now my A1c is perfect. Is Deep Blue Rub helping to increase circulation in my feet and legs?
The protocol on everythingessential.me is: Using fractionated coconut oil to spread, apply a couple of drops of doTERRA Aroma Touch CPTG essential oil to calf area .Other oils that were recommended are: marjoram, cypress, peppermint, wintergreen, basil, grapefruit, lavender. Anything that has circulatory properties can be used. (Each patient may be different) The entire process should only take about 10 minutes each leg.
