I know your well out of your first stages of Bells but here is my experience working with Bells. Several mnths ago I had a client(i'm a massage therapist) who suffered from Bells. She came in to see me 3x/wk for about 1mnth. I just saw her last week and she is recovered 100% with no residual effects. Her doctor was amazed at her quick recovery. I was not using doterra at that time but I believe if anyone suffering found a therapist who was not afraid to do firm work on your facial muscles along with the oils that you could recover more fully as well. I used hot towels compresses soaked in epsom salts and firm slow movements during the massage pulling in the opposite direction of the bells. Peppermint is great for nerve damage so try an epsom peppermint compress. (be careful to not get it in your eyes though so maybe one towel above the eyes and one applied below if compressing with the oils)
here is a video that may be helpful to anyone searching during their bells recovery. She has videos documenting her year or so experience

Hi, I recovered from Bell's Palsy more than 10 years ago but still
have residual nerve damage (eg., my left lip will twitch whenever I
blink, my left eye will squint when I smile and I get agitated when I
hear low bass sounds). Can you tell me what oils will help improve
this conditions and how to go about applying? I am a very new
essential oil user.
