Re: [Everything doTERRA] Rounded ligament pain in pregnancy

I'll be a broken record here and restate that I've found white fir, marjoram, lemongrass, and wintergreen layered VERY helpful for muscle and joint pain.  I'mnot sure all of these are safe for pregnancy, so check that out. I also find basil helps with the dull ache I get when my shoulders are starting to hurt from all the damage I did to them as a kid. What you did as a kid will bite you in your 50s, and in your 60s it chews the daylights out of you.  :) Basil is a nice pesto-ish smell that I adore. It's one of my favorite oils because of how good it is to me.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Rounded ligament pain in pregnancy

I was wondering if anyone has tried any oils that help with rounded ligament pain while pregnant.
I'm 4 months pregnant and suffer with this condition and I don't want to take a lot of Advil to deal with the pain.
Thank-you for the help
Nicole
