Yes, I called and it has been over 90 days so they gave me some troubleshooting tips and noted my issue. They also gave me the customer service number for the company that makes them. I will follow up with them but I don't expect much to come of it.

Dawn, dang, I'm sorry this has happened to you! We've had good luck w/our Petals.
Even though it's a 30 day warranty, have you, at least, reported this to doTERRA? If it was me, I'd definitely call Member Services because it's important to them to know this is happening. I'm a firm believer that it's good to draw attention so people are made aware & things can be addressed. I believe doTERRA wants to offer quality items..
