I wonder if your blood pressure might not be up? Have you checked with your doctor just to be sure? That gives me headaches.

I can't attest to "safe during pregnancy" but if you're going to use frank and the headache hasn't let up try putting a drop on your thumb then hold your thumb against the roof of your mouth for 30 seconds. This generally works for me when the usual protocols don't take care of the headache.

Also, pregnancy is a time of hormonal changes and that can sometimes be a cause of headaches.
