Juice 1/2 granny smith apple, 1/2 avocado, fill water uo to the 5 mark on vita-mix, 4 handfuls of greens, 1/4 c of sprouted mung beans, 1/4 c sprouted lentils, handful of sprouts (alfalfa or bean), handful of sprouted sunflower. You can add cucumber too. Add either your lemon oil or cilantro. Drink until gone. For lunch eat hearty salad....avoid oil, sugar, and milk products. Eat healthy snacks like dehydrated fruits, cheesy kale chips, make your own veggie crackers. Avoid all cooked food as it takes the enzymes your body needs. Take a few drops of frankincense under tongue and put on the back of your neck. Use slim & sassy, lemon, or cilantro in gel cap daily to detox. Do cleansing of the bowels twice daily. There's a lot more you can do. Also take oregano for ten days in gel caps and then three days off and then start again. Same thing with thyme. Make sure use eat pickled foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles or whatever to get the probiotics into your system. She'll have to do this continuously for a long time. (2yrs possibly) There's more things to do to take the toxins out, they taste nasty and are hard to get down...tastes like clay! Drink wheatgrass everyday. Smell the lavender or elevation to keep the spirits high. There's a lot more. Her body is probably full of candida and you need to get that under control!
