 I, too, would appreciate any and all insight into those of us that have had complete hysterectomies. I am weaning off of pellet HRT therapy and have started phyto and bone nutrient.  I am having sever panic attack and heart fluttering.  I read on another site that it may be related to mito so I stopped that today. So we shall see.  Thinking it is most likely HRT related. Or thyroid. I do need thyroid but the supplements make me too sick.  IS there a "recipe" for this??
