Hello doTERRAites!
We just learned that in the past year, my husband's horrible skin problems on his leg, feet, knees, and knuckles are all psoriasis!  What are your go to protocols using doTERRA for psoriasis!  Any and all suggestions appreciated!!--

I am looking for doTERRA solutions. Not just any oil. I thought this was a doTERRA group.
Paul & Debbie Woolston <woolston2009@gmail.com>: May 15 02:15AM -0700

I started with doTerra for this very reason. Mine were so severe and AT
LEAST every two hours, day and night, sleep had become totally foreign. I
had used up all resources prior with no success whatsoever. With doTerra I
have managed to tame them a bit, actually a good bit; but I'm ready for
them to be totally gone.

Perhaps some of the things I have tried will help your friend, you are
welcome to contact me personally. For the rest .. if anyone has any other
suggestions that I've not heard about before, please bring them on!

I am in menopause at 51 and I've been taking all 3 of the women's health kit...Bone Nutrients, Phytoestrogen and ClaryCalm. Also take the LLV daily
The hot flashes have decreased immensely with the women's kit!!

I take 1 phytoestrogen morning and night, 2 a day made a huge difference.
I carry the ClaryCalm with me and apply several times through out the day. Applying oil on abdomen before bedtime really helped with the nighttime flashes.
I also feel like it helps with my mood and irritability but my husband may disagree! =)

I've also read peppermint on the back of the neck or spritzing with spray bottle on chest and neck once the hot flash has begun helps too.

What I find very often about the oils is they are natural with little side effects and when I forget or discontinue use my symptoms reappear! doTERRA oils are THE best!!

I gave my friend a sample of clary sage and have her rub it on her feet 3 times a day. She no longer jumps in the pool at 2 am and boyfriend says it's great not sleeping next to a wet towel every night! She still occasionally has a hot flash, but less intense.

I am SO embarrassed .. I just realized that you were not writing to me specifically. I apologize for my arrogance. I'm so glad I responded only personally to you!

Does anyone have any wisdom that would help with Dupuytren's Disease? It
is where tissue builds up in the palm of the hand and your fingers can
contract towards the palm and be fairly useless. Anything to dissolve
tissue, or anything else? Suggestions? Thanks so much
Patricia Leavitt <doterradiscover@gmail.com>: May 15 09:44AM -0700

She can be sensitive to Breathe but not allergic as there are no proteins
in essential oils.
Tri Ease would be a great help to her.

Dee, Grapefruit on the bridge of the nose & the Layer one drop of each
White Fir and Citrus Bliss behind each ear, are very interesting. I would
never have thought of those. Thanks I'll pass that on.
Pat, I agree with you 100%, I told her the same, but she doesn't believe
it! I come across many people the same way and finally let them keep their
belief. She is willing to try other things, so that's good at least. I'm
sure any oil on her face will have the same effects, since I'm thinking
maybe the toxins are exiting through her skin (detoxing). That's why I was
wondering if the softgels would work better. I'll pass that on to her too.
Thanks for your help ladies.

That is wonderful! Curious why you picked Clarry Sage? The Frankinsence I have heard of using often to assist the body with Epilepsy.

Thank you for sharing,
Heather

She could also be hormone imbalanced

Heather from AK. When I was searching for epilepsy in my Modern Essentials booklet it recommended CS. Update... She went 2 and a 1/2 days seizure free (which hasn't happened in years!) but had a bad one yesterday at dinner. I'm wondering if ylang ylang, geranium and lavender combined will help WHILE she's having a seizure. Maybe have her mom rub it under her nose or on her temples, only if she can. Also plan on getting her on the LLV. Your thoughts? Suggestions?
Lesli Peterson <leslipeterson69@gmail.com>: May 15 07:31AM -0700

I'm on 225 mcg Synthroid daily but have made a really bold move. Dropped it entirely, I'm applying a rollerball concoction of clove, lemongrass and FCO to my feet and throat daily. I feel fine, not tired but still need to see my next blood work results. Another good addition, LLV 4 times a day. I had hashimoto's years ago and it really compromised my immune system. Wish I had dōTERRA then! Maybe add OnGuard to her daily routine? It'll help fight of germies. I've been using the toothpaste, tastes pretty good! Good luck with your friend!
