If your friend is on prescription medications I'd suggest taking the complete ingredients listing of each of the bottles of LLV to her pharmacist and ask if there is anything in them that should not be taken with her meds. THEN, if it's still needed, she can talk with her doctor about the supplements.
My step-father did this and found he shouldn't take the VMz because it contains vitamin K which he's NOT supposed to take because he's on warfarin (blood thinner). This made a discussion with his doctor unnecessary because he already knew what would (and wouldn't) work against his medication. It's actually surprising how little most doctors know about medication interactions - there is so very much to know, always something new coming on the market - but then pharmacology isn't the speciality of most doctors seeing patients, so a pharmacist actually has much more comprehensive knowledge in this. [Please, this is not a criticism of any physician.]
