I gave that blend to my mom for her vericose veins about a week ago. Already the color has faded significantly but the swelling is still there. She uses it morning/night massaging only towards the heart. I did 30 drops cypress, 20 drops Lavender & 10 drops Lemon (recipe said this could be subbed with any citrus oil, I used lemon cuz it's what I had). I topped it off with coconut oil but can't remember how much and I just went to check the website and it's gone. I gave the recipe to my mom so when I see her I will get it. The site had a few blend recipes which most included helychrisum but I thought I'd give the cheaper blend a try first.
