I would suggest using an organic tampon with 6-8 drops of Frankincense, inserted nightly. I would also start the LLV to get your body in complete balance nutritionally. 

Daily I would use OnGuard and Balance on the bottom of my feet.

Stay consistent and with this for two weeks then take a week off from the tampon only, keep up with the rest of it. Then do one week of the tampon every month, while continuing with the LLV and add the DDR Prime to your protocol.
