Noel, when my daughter was that young she broke out in a rash on her back that was round shaped. It turned out to be an allergic reaction to nickel, from the snaps on her clothing. This was 20 years ago; they may not make babies clothes with metal snaps anymore. Does your son lay his head on something regularly at night that may have metals on it? I would suggest keeping a log of what he eats and when the rash flares up. Lavender and Melaluca are my go to oils for rashes; it's important to be consistent.

My husband and I've been trying to think if it was anything he could've eaten and is now allergic to but we've got no idea. Would love some advice and/or suggestions!
