I was told if you get your order placed by 11am it will ship the same day or has a better chance of doing this.
Recently doterra added machines to automatically fill the bottles so this has helped have inventory on hand and ready to go where in the pass the hand-filling took awhile and was not as accurate. This would sometimes cause a delay in shipping your complete order.
Also, on doTerra tools they asked that orders be placed prior to or after the 14th and 15th of the month for faster shipping. This is because on those dates they are running all the monthly reports and paying commissions.
If your order is placed on late Friday or over the weekend you can add a few days for it to go out too.
