[Everything doTERRA] Re: new to the group....and wondering if anyone has input on ...

I am also on Adderall; a low dose that just keeps me up. (I'm not going to lie; I don't like all my other drugs but Adderall is going to be a hard one to give up!) My personal ADD symptoms without Adderall is just feeling super foggy, lethargic & can't focus not because I'm all over the place but because I just can't get my motor going then the combination of PEPPERMINT and ORANGE is magical!! If I am all over the place & need to focus then Balance or In Tune. I don't have Vetiver yet but I'm sure that would help as well.
