[Everything doTERRA] Can someone explain this to me, please? :)

I am fairly new to doTERRA and my upline is in another state. I am trying to find local help but I am having trouble.

I have a few people who want to enroll and with the current promotion of them getting an extra 50 points, that is awesome!

If I enroll 4 people with orders over 100PV, what do I earn? And do I earn anything on people who enroll as PM's?

Do we both get the 50PV points or just the people I enroll?

Sorry for so many questions, I just do not have the support I need.
