Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Unusual symptoms

I have done all of them alternately.  At nighttime I like to put it on the feet then put on socks, daytime I usually use a capsule.  But I think you can't go wrong.
And even consider the "Butt Bomb"!  I hope he gets relief soon.

Riki, try Patchouli and/or Sandalwood for the cough.  Also, I heard on a webinar, someone said that White Fir is excellent for coughs, even Whooping Cough!  I have had good luck with these 3 oils, using them alternately, and also sometimes all at once.  Good luck! Keep us posted how he does.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Tooth abscess

Actually, if I were going to do an oil pull I would NOT do it with water.  The most generally spoken about oil pull is two tablespoons fractionated coconut oil, two drops oregano, and two drops clove.  You shouldn't burn your taste buds because you have the frac. coco. oil in there.  You won't hardly feel it.  You swish and pull around in your mouth for ten minutes.  Yes, your jaw gets a little tired.  But it is worth it.  When you spit it out, it should be a milky white color.  I guess you could also add onguard if you wanted to, but the overall general oil pull is oregano and clove.  Works awesome!!  (you can use water, just never heard of anyone doing that with as consistent results).

So I've read on here about oil pulling??? Should I do that and with what oils? I need this to heal. This has been a problem tooth and the thought of them going back in there is killing me! Did I take oregano in a capsule? Help! What do I do, with what oils and how long if I'm not measuring by pain level, cause there is none.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Multiple sclerosis

I have a niece that we always thought she had MS.  For MANY years.  Turns out it is a "sister" disease to MS.  Alike and different at the same time.  So, she started using frankincense and found great relief.  Her testinony is awesome.  Then, she started using DDR and says that she cannot begin to tell you the improvement that has been.  I think she will always still use frankincense also.  So, I would encourage those two and LLV.  Franki, DDR, and LLV.  Hope that helps.

[Everything doTERRA] Breathe not working any more (?)

Does anyone know why Breathe might not work any more?  My friend's husband loved it, used it for several months, then said that the formula was different now and it doesn't help him any more.  I checked with the company, and they haven't changed the formula.  ??  Could he have become used to it?  Is there something else he can or should do?

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Study showing Melaleuca is safe to ingest.

My bottle of DoTERRA Melaleuca says that it is a supplement and to dilute it in 4 oz. of liquid. I trust DoTERRA. I have used it on places in my mouth after biting my gums and it works wonders.

Melaleuca is not on the list.  I'm interested in seeing the data that shows it's safe for internal use as well.

[Everything doTERRA] bone blood supply

Thank you for the MS suggestions. One more question:

Can you suggest oils to increase blood supply to the femur bone? A friend had a bone graft done for infected femur bone, and it appears that it is starting to deteriorate (x-ray). They hope for more blood circulation to help feed the bone. I read cypress is good for circulation. How often should she apply it? And, any other suggestions?

Not sure if this will help you, but I had a rash on my hands recently. I applied lavender and melaleuca in FCO several times a day and whenever it itched. It wasn't clearing up, so I tried the oils neat and it made a huge difference. The little bumps dried out and the itching stopped.

I need to get this cleared up.  I'm in massage school and can't work on anyone as long as all this is going on.

Am i doing too much or not enough?

[Everything doTERRA] I am desperate for help!

I have a friend who has a grandchild who was hospitalized last night. He went over the edge. 9 years old in psyc ward tonight. They think he got strep that went into staph in the brain. The family is desperate. He is paranoid, he can't stand to be touched he says it burns. His mother has been sneaking in at night while he was at home rubbing frankincense on his feet. I suggested Sandlewood and Frankincense. Does anyone have any suggestions or know how I can contact Dr. Hill for help.
Thanks

[Everything doTERRA] Multiple sclerosis

Hi. I have MS. Overwhelming a person is easy to do. I have helped many others by simply starting them with LLV and frankincense
Great results! Then they will be comfortable adding additional oils and protocols.
They will benefit greatly with the oils!!
Wild orange, peppermint and frankencinse in a rollerball is my "Goto" daily for fighting fatigue and cooling ! Very uplifting also.
Cheers!
Kristen

Nancy,

Thanks. I looked again at the ee.me site under toothache and it says "Add 2-5 drops of On Guard and 1-3 drops of Clove to a mouthful of warm water in a glass."

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Tooth abscess

I did an oil pull with the onguard, oregano and clove in water and it burned and my taste buds were basically numb for a couple of weeks. (great diet plan because I couldn't enjoy my sweets, but not very pleasant.) Tried it again with the fco and it was actually a little sweet. Didn't burn at all, so that may be a milder approach to the oil pull.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Tooth abscess

Hi Liz,
You mentioned using essential oil in water in the oil pulling. I've done oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil. I melt a little in a spoon over the stove then add the drops of oil. Or one could use fractionated coconut oil. You wouldn't want that to go down the drain, so spit into a waste basket. If you read on the Everythingessential.me site I believe it suggests using a tablespoon of coconut oil or some other high quality oil.

Loved your other suggestions!

[Everything doTERRA] Re: June Specials

It won't be posted on doTERRA until midnight tonight (MST). I think that the higher ranks might be told ahead of time, plus some people are commenting that they look on doTERRA's foreign sites.

I saw something posted on FB a little while ago, and "shared" it on my wall. You're welcome to share from there if you'd like:

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Rash

Zendocrine is a cleanse for the organs of the body, including the skin. Perhaps taking the capsules 2 times a day and also using the oil blend on the problem areas will help.

Ice packs will help with the itching. I recently had a problem with itchy hive-like patches and used FCO then melaleuca, then lavender, then peppermint on the itchy spots. Myrrh and bail can also help. But sometimes that wasn't enough, so I'd put a coldpack (from freezer) or a ziplock of ice cubes wrapped in a towel on the problem area. The cold will settle down the really bad areas while the oils are working. Reapply oils very frequently, too. We metabolize them very quickly, so with a really bad problem like yours, you can apply oils topically every 15 minutes or so. But remember the ice!

Good luck!

Liz

[Everything doTERRA] Rash

Help!!!  Not sure what it is but it has gotten worse.  I have sensitive skin and normally only use doTERRA or natural Castille soap, i was at a hotel recently and without thinking used the bar of soap there, within hours my right side was itching, by the next morning I had several rash type spots on that side along with a huge scratch (which apparently I had done in my sleep).  I do need to say that some have suggested (without seeing it)that is might be shingles, however it is not painful just itchy!!!!  I do get relief but it is not long lived and it seems to be spreading but it has decreased in the inflammation and bumpiness.  I have also tried lavender & mela in fco topically.  Taking internally 3 drops of frank, oregano, lemon, melalueca and eucalyptus.  I also have blisters on my right hand.  So.... my question is, what can i take internally that would be similar to a benedryl, or something to help with the itch.  And is there something I am not seeing here.  I am drinking a crazy amount of water too.  (about 90 oz )

I need to get this cleared up.  I'm in massage school and can't work on anyone as long as all this is going on.

Am i doing too much or not enough?

HELP!!!!!!

thanks in advance.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: I am looking for a good recipe for a creamy face wash.

I really love doTERRA's face wash.... I'm 50 and people comment on how great my skin is, I truly attribute it to the last year and half of using doTERRA face wash, i'm not always really great about moisturizing so, it's got to be the wash.  :)

I have made a face wash with vegetable glycerin, witch hazel, castille soap and essential oils but I don't like that it's liquid.  I want a creamy wash.  Plus, the blend I made stings my eyes and leaves my face feeling tight.  Does anyone have a good recipe?
