Re: [Everything doTERRA] psorasis

Yes, the LLV and the GX cleanse and PB Assist. You have to clean from the inside out. And then Melaleuca or Lavender with coconut oil for the surface while detoxing.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Don Heart Murmur

In Laura Jacobs most recent talk she said Ylang Ylang was good for heart issues. Also:

Helichrysum improves circulation and reduces blood viscosity.

Ylang ylang has been used traditionally to balance heart function.

Marjoram helps smooth muscle tissue (heart).

Cypress improves circulation and lymphatic drainage

Rosemary is powerful for heart conditions

[Everything doTERRA] where to store xEO?

What are your thoughts about the following story: I keep my LLV
bottles on a turntable on top of my microwave (right next to the
stove). Apparently, the heat from the oven or range top was not so
good for the xEO Mega capsules, which got a little soft. They feel
sticky now and the fish oil smell is so strong that Carl can't gag
them down. I have almost a full bottle, and I'm not throwing them out,
so I told him to just hold his nose and swallow them. After this
happened, I read the fine print on the bottle which said to store them
in a "cool" dry place. Do you know if anyone keeps theirs in the
fridge and if that's a good idea?

Re: [Everything doTERRA] removing heavy metals

It is CRUCIAL to get your bowel flora healthy now.  The baby will pick up good bacteria in your birth canal and this is what will help his/her immune system to be healthy.  This is why babies who had C-sections have more allergies and eczema.  You will have your baby for many years so take some time out first to get yourself healthy and your life will be a lot easier and more enjoyable with your baby if she/he is not always sick.

Do the GX and PB Assist.  The only oil I've noticed so far that may help with heavy metals is Purify since we don't have Cilantro.  It is worth the extra time. Trust me. I lost 13 years of quality life to this very issue.  I wish I could turn back the clock!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Getting Orifice Reducers OFF

For any doTERRA oil bottle(5ml or 15ml), unscrew the cap - but, don't take it off - and use it to 'hook' the orifice reducer on one side then 'pry' it off.  Until I figured this out, is used a pair of scissors and would get the blades under the edge on both sides then pry up o one side.  For rollerballs, I always use the scissors.

It's always good to have options :)

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: 6 month old with terrible gas

I assume you do one foot/calf at a time, correct?  And your husband is a trooper for sure!

Hey there.  I am a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Therapist.  I took an infant massage class in Germany.  Here is what I learnt for constipation and painful gas in infants, children and adults:  lie your baby on her back.  Put her left foot in your right hand and her right foot in your left hand.  Gently, yet firmly, massage a clockwise circle on top of her right foot.  Use fco with fennel.  Massage a circle approximately ten times.  Then cup her ankle, squeeze gently and release.  Cup her lower calf, squeeze gently and release.  And then cup her upper calf, squeeze gently and release.  Switch to her left left foot and repeat what you did on the right foot.

She will pass gas and/or have a bowel movement within twenty minutes.  If not, massage again.

This has worked wonders for my three children and my husband.

Good Luck!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] nasal congestion

What works for me is a small amount of peppermint in my hands and breathe to unplug…also I use a Nettie pot and I mix 2 cups of warm water with 1-2 teaspoons of quality sea salt to make a saline solution.   Then I add 2 drops of rosemary and 2 drops of frankincense 2 drops Onguard. I irrigate at least twice a day, sometimes more, and the I put Breath on my neck and along my nostrils and breathe in peppermint.  Finally I take a capsule of 4 drops oregano, 4 drops OnGurard and 4 drops frankincense.  I do this three times daily.  It usually takes about 3 days of the protocol, and I do it more if I still feel effects.
