Re: [Everything doTERRA] Weird question....

For my deodorant:

makes 6 oz

1.5 T shea butter
1.5 T jojoba oil
3 T coconut oil
1.5 cups arrowroot powder
30 drops essential oil

Melt oils in double boiler till liquid. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add essential oils. Add arrowroot. Pour into a container and let cool fully. Scoop out with fingers and smear into pits.

You will have to experiment with how much arrowroot you like. I like a lot so it is very firm. The oils I like to use are melaleuka, lemon grass, Frankincense, and basil. The options are endless. You could also substitute anther butter for shea and another oil for jojoba that is liquid like almond or grapeseed.
