[Everything doTERRA] anxiety

If your heart is racing for more than 2-3 hours at time you need to go see a cardiologist. I have atrial fibrillation and when I experience an episode my heart races (more than 100 bpm) so I feel extremely tired and like my insides are shaking. If you're unable to control a-fib episodes with the oils you'll need medication. We a-fib people are more prone to strokes because this causes the blood to pool in the bottom of the heart, rather than all of it pumping out, thus likely to form then throw a blood clot.

I don't tell you this to scare you but based on the minimal info you provided wanted to make you aware of a possible physiological reason. So don't panic. Instead catalog your symptoms, both physical and mental/emotional, to help determine a root cause. It could be a drop or spike in your blood glucose (look at what/when you're eating), it could be something going on at home or work or not sleeping well or enough for several nights, it could even be an indication that you're coming down with something.
