I had back surgery in March 2015 and have had a lot of inflammation after surgery which is causing pain. I read if you have inflammation, you don't heal well.
I used several essential oils topically and also the DDR (cellular complex) and was still having problems with pain. I started taking the new Deep Blue Complex 2 times a day. After the second day I was much better. I am very pleased with this product! If I miss a dose, the pain starts to come back.
I know I need to work on my diet and that will help a lot also.
I am so grateful that doTERRA continues to find products to help our body.
