I am a hairdresser & was diagnosed with a rare form of trigger finger it runs on the outside of my hand and wrist Marjoram & lemongrass have helped mine along with the LLV the omegas are good for the inflammation as well as deep tissue massage by a therapeutic massage therapist have been life savers for me the dr. Wanted me on Mobic & cortisone shots and had me wearing a brace which only had made the condition worse and none of those things worked the next step was surgery but praise The Lord the oils & the massage have made it so much better
