Why would they be in the supplement "as yeast?" My concern is that I don't need anymore yeast in my system, at least I don't think so. Doing the Cleanse/Renew cleanse a couple times and the Zendocrine Cleanse finally - after YEARS - got my skin allergies under control. Then I started taking the Bone Nutrient a couple weeks ago because of all the D's it contains (I always test low for Vit D), and my age. Now my skin has flared up again.At this time there are only two things I can determine as newly introduced into my system, the first being the Bone Nutrient supplement. I stopped taking it but am hopeful that someone can explain all of this to me, that these are a "good yeasts."The other thing that could be causing this flare up...roasted cashews. It's my healthy snack in the evenings. But I stopped them too because I've heard that often times nuts contain nickel which is one of my biggest allergens.It could be something else entirely that's bothering me but I need to get this eliminated.Thank you!
