I begin with 3 drops each in a small amount of water morning and night. When pollen count is very high i may use up to 5 drops each 3 times a day. I can sleep i can function i can breathe. I have been doing this now for 5 years. I use to take 2 Zyrtec 2 times a day and use nasal spray...so bad...but now i feel wonderful.
