[Everything doTERRA] Re: Migraines

We have a few blends that work REALLY well if someone has migraines.  Usually with migraines the people we work with have not found peppermint to be helpful--need a little more "umph".  So, one of these blends works for us--layered.  not blended.  aromatouch, lemongrass and deep blue rub on top.  Another one that works consistently well is layering frankincense lavender with peppermint on top.  Dr. Hill told me that when we are putting the oils on for migraines it is important to not only put on your temples and neck, etc.,  that make sure you find that nerve spot above the ears.  I will try to describe it here:  take your finger and put at the top of the ear--move the finger straight up 3/4 of an inch pressing on it, and when you get to that spot that when you press on it, it hurts????  Well, that is the nerve that you want to rub the oils on.  Just rub those same oils back and forth on that spot in the hairline.  He said that really improves the relief.  That is just my opinion.  Just my suggestion.  Try it and it may give you some relief and support as well.

My sister has been suffering for migraines for the past year and Advil or Tylenol isn't working for her anymore.
She call the other day saying she would like to try oils.
As I'm new to EO's,  do any of you have some tested and true remedies that I can have her try?

Thank you for all your help
