Sorry forgot to say I just kept sipping it slowly throughout the day and into the evening. Felt better in the morning and continued for another day. That is all it took Carol

Did that once with grapeseed extract. Did not delute it enough. Try Chamomile Tea with honey worked wonders for me Carol

Yesterday I made a morphine bomb using 5 drops Frankincense, 5 lemongrass, and 5 marjoram. Needless to say the cap came off the top of the gel cap as it started down my throat. It has left my throat extremely sore and yellow phlegm is now being coughed up. Any ideas how to sooth my throat and cough? I have been drinking tea with coconut and honey and also just letting honey slide down my throat.
