[Everything doTERRA] Re: I would like to know if anyone has used the capsules and placed oils in them for depression and anxiety. Please let ,me know how it worked and what combinations you used in the capsules and how often you took them.

I have found that for me, a single drop of melissa in a veggie cap every morning has made a big difference for my depression.  I also huff a drop of bergamot in the afternoon sometimes when I'm getting a little down about circumstances.
