The best thing to convey is avoid GMO foods and hormones in dairy/meat. Sometimes early puberty can be genetic, but more often it can be linked to the hormones/GMOs. We kept our daughter free from all dairy/meat with hormones and ate a primarily organic home. Our daughter did not start her menses until age 16. Most of her friends started closer to 12. I wonder if our hormone/GMO free home prevented early puberty for her?
