I also understand from trainings and from the video that if someone is already using the oils then you're not selling them anything by giving them that information.

What I mean is that if we as IPCs tell people they can find information at these sites to help with whatever ails them, then are we promoting the sites as sources of health information? Or something like this. Yes, essentially, what you've written, Pat, is correct. We have to learn FDA-speak! If I want to direct someone to either of these resources, I can simply let them know there's a wealth of information available without going into details.--
