What you read is true about them lasting several days in a capsule if it is a gel capsule. Like the post earlier if your vegan than that is just something you will have to learn to incorporate into your routine and not make many ahead of time. If your not then make a day for two worth. Just remember the more exposed to light the more an oil can change.
