I'm glad I wasn't the Diamond to spread the Immortelle gossip around. I did however share it with an IPC having an event this weekend. It was my fault for not confirming. I will make good on it for her group, mainly because its the right thing to do and because I did not look to confirm.

I think we have the very best customer service EVER!! I have never had a problem and they are helpful and polite.

If I was in charge of customer service at doTERRA I would not tell my staff about the specials until the start of business on the 1st.     As for this Immortelle special I definitely do not like how Team Share doTerra chose to share it. There should have been a disclaimer that it is for their team only on it. It is already all over Facebook and is guaranteed to cause problems which sucks for the rest of us.

Time and time again, important news like this is released via "rumour". This time, through a Diamond. Where is the official news?? Why are we left guessing and having to change our orders last minute? It's very, very poorly handled.
