Just go on up the "food chain" and talk to the licensing guru.
I got the same "result" when talking with my son's teacher last year...since he has a different teacher this year and with the new fall magazine that just came out, I have decided that I am going to buy extra magazines and just give it to the principal, teacher, and the school nurse and go from there...
