Berries and granny smith apples are low sugar. Bananas are definitely a no no. Perhaps someone else knows how much sugar is in the green smoothies or it may depend on the fruit you are adding.
I'm working from memory without digging through my files but when I was diagnosed with candida it was via a blood test. The normal range is huge but once you are in the 'high' range it takes a very long time to get back into normal. For example I believe my test result was 1.1 (over .99 is high) and it took six months of a religious diet to get to .99). Sadly once you hit a level like that you will have to follow a candida type diet for the rest of your life because you are prone to it.
