I'm 35 and the phytoestrogen has done wonders for my menstrual cramps,
it also helped a friend of mine who has endometriosis with hers. The
Solace is great to apply topically for cramps too, and helps balance
menstrual-cycle related mood swings and eases water retention. I'm
taking the bone nutrient supplement too, but I don't know if that's
one we'll notice a difference when taking. If you are taking the LLV,
you only need half a dose of the bone nutrient supplement, so a bottle
will last 2 months. The phytoestrogen dosage depends on your age; I
only take 1 a day and understand that it's recommended for females of
all ages, from menstruation on.
