Please do your research carefully from trusted sites like Mayo Clinic. My mother went through MRSA treatment a year ago - luckily I had done my research and when her pcp refused to admit her to hospital or give her the correct antibiotic - I took her to the ER. They took a full history. 3 large BOTTLES not vials of blood for testing not just what strain the infection was, but at what stage and what the appropriate treatment would be. My mother is also diabetic and as this was in her lower legs and feet she had the added problem of poor circulation to that area. After 10 days of constant IV treatment - and probiotics go hosptial! She was okay to go home.
Now I have given her a roller bottle with Frankinsense, On Guard, vitamin E (I didn't have immortelle or helichrysm yet) all in FCO -- anytime she gets the heat and redness back she uses her roller ball and in a few days it's gone -- she also never got to the point of having open wounds from the MRSA... I tend to be overly cautious and seek treatment sooner than later with her!!
I also have her use this blend on her face where she has lots of little melanomas -- she had to have some surgically removed years ago and this time they Rx'd a chemo drug (5FU) in a creme form but it was brutal on her (she looked like she a) fell on her face badly and then b) had a face lift on one side!!! LOL)
now when she sees one of these "freckles" coming on -- on goes the frank blend (mom has a strong Catholic background so using an oil that Jesus used is very meaningful to her!) and she hasn't had a recurrence since that needed an MD.
Now if I could get her to stop eating sugar.... but alas she's 78 this year and has lost 3 husbands and a love -- she can do whatever she wants !
all the best,
anne
