I am. I was on three high BP, now down to two and I also regularly check it. I have no symptoms when it's too high, but dizzy and finger tingling when too low. Checked it right now and it's normal. Thank you!

Thank you both. My BP seems to be running low now instead of high. but I have it under control. Lemon to regulate is my go to. I did have to use Rosemary the other day to bring it up because Lemon wasn't working fast enough and Rosemary worked perfectly without it coming up too high.

Ylang Ylang appears to control mine.  I stopped using my prescription and check regularly at home and am doing fine.  My hypertension was relatively mild though and I would not encourage anyone to do this without medical supervision.  I've also read that both rosemary and thyme can raise BP.  Best wishes, all.
