RE: [Everything doTERRA] LLV Pack and Allergies

Very odd because they label on the bottles state specifically if you can take them internally or not, the ones you cannot are not safe to do so.  They have this listed out this way for a reason.  The ones they list to not take internally are not safe to do so.

This is such a personal decision, it is entirely up to you which oils you take internally.

Tri ease and those the allergy trio never helped my son. However, balance (3 drops) in a capsule 3x a day did. He only had symptoms 3 or 4 days this year compared to 6 weeks spring and fall.
Also, my friend put 4 drops of melalueka ina glass of water 3x a day at the beginning of her allergy season and her allergies only lasted a few days out of 6 weeks also.
I have another son who did amazing with frankincense down the spine twice a day.
Don't give up. Keep trying

The LLV or the new Daily Supplement Pack would be advantageous for you. The key it to take the TriEase first thing in the morning and every 2-3 hours so you can stay in front of your allergy situation.

I have HORRIBLE seasonal allergies and the lemon, lavender, and peppermint allergy shot isn't really working, I take the pill too and it helps some if you take it before I start to have a reaction but it doesn't control it completely and I'm miserable.  Would taking the Life Long Vitality pack help this?  Does anybody know or has this helped any one?
