I have the Fifth Edition of Modern Essentials if that makes a difference. If you look under the Index for EYES, it should reference pages.   If you have a different edition, this may be the reason.  I also found the exact recipe in a 2014 edition of a book called "Reference Guide for Essential Oils" by Connie and Alan Higley.

 Has anyone had experience using the eye drop recipe listed in the "Modern Essentials" book on page 221?  The recipe is 5 parts distilled water, 2 parts honey, and 1 part apple cider vinegar.  I have found that this burns terribly when you put a drop in the eye.  I thought apple cider vinegar would sting a bit, but it stings for a while and I'm concerned about that.  Is this normal or did I do something wrong?  The reason I made the drops is that my eyes are not as clear as they use to be.  I plan to mix up the blend for cataracts on this page, as the last time I went to my eye doctor he said I was starting to get one in my right eye.  Thanks for any responses to this.
