I had back surgery in March 2015. About a month later, the doctor wanted me to take anti-inflammatory drugs. Part of my pain was from inflammation. (Did not fill the prescription) I used some of the essential oils with some success. (Probably needed to use the oils more often) When the Deep Blue Complex became available, I took 2 a day. It is much easier to use. I could tell a big difference the second day. It has been 3 1/2 months since surgery. It does not get rid of all pain, but I am so thankful for this product.
