I wouldn't make too many ahead because, depending on which oils you're using, they can break down the capsule. I tried this once and by the third or fourth day the capsules were braking down.  If you decide to do this store the prepared capsules in the refrigerator.

Hi,

Is it ok to make capsules ahead of time or do they need to be made just before you take them?  I am taking something on a daily basis but have been making them every morning.  It would be great to be able to do a week at a time.  I was worried that the oil might break down the capsule.

Hi,
I have begun following a protocol I found on Everything Essential that calls for 5 drops each of two different oils placed in a capsule and swallowed.  Although I use the larger capsules, accurately getting the drops into the capsules can be a challenge.  I picked up some disposable pipettes on my last visit to Pleasant Grove, UT but discovered that the drops from the pipette are about half the size of the drops that come out of the bottle.  Does anyone know what the measurement size is for the protocols mentioned on Everything essential.me are?  Are we talking pipette size drops or bottle size drops?  I have been fortunate - as I don't suffer any ill effects from the larger dosages but just wondered what ya'll think.

Thanks
