The hydrating cream is a deeper moisturizer. I like it in the winter when my skin is drier. Most of the year I prefer the anti-aging moisturizer as it is lighter. I've recently been using the Verage line and like that, too, though I think I prefer the anti-aging products. My teenage daughter uses the HD Clear face wash and facial lotion as is helps with blemishes. I would think any of these would be fine for a teenager if it meets the needs of their skin.
