I received my shipment yesterday. I don't think there can be a better resource anywhere! I just want to go retreat somewhere and read it cover to cover! It can take a little bit to learn how to navigate but the layout makes sense. For example, the blends start with Massage Blend, then Grounding Blend, then Respiration Blend and so on. So it is alphabetical when you use the given doTERRA name...Aroma Touch, Balance, Breathe and so on. The background of each oil and oil blend is a colorful picture of the plant and information is easy to readily spot. I love the lists of conditions and remedies, as well as great descriptions and top solutions in section 4: the Body Systems, Focus Areas, and Emotional Well-Being that covers pages 156-315. Then you come to section 5: Natural Living. Wow! Cooking (36 pages), Cleaning, Personal Care, Fitness, Guys, Intimacy, Pregnancy, Baby, On the Go, First Aid, Outdoors, Garden, Pets, DIY & Gift Giving, and Holiday. Section 6 is Supplemental and just as good as all the rest of the book with oil chemistry, blending and layering, massage, reflexology, oil properties glossary, charts, indexes and more.
The 4 Sunsational Flavors, Spearmint, Cumin, Dill and Tangerine are included in the book! And....I notice some oils that doTERRA doesn't carry at this time, including a Men's Blend!!! Could it be a clue?
There is NOTHING lacking in this book!!! I only touched on a smidgen. The research, photography, content,& layout is mindboggling. 448 pages of pure bliss!
