[Everything doTERRA] Re: LLV Pack and Allergies

Okay I was just taught differently and she was very adamant that I didn't take the one's internally that do not specify that you can.  Has any one had any experience with the LLV pack helping with their lactose intolerance?

I have HORRIBLE seasonal allergies and the lemon, lavender, and peppermint allergy shot isn't really working, I take the pill too and it helps some if you take it before I start to have a reaction but it doesn't control it completely and I'm miserable.  Would taking the Life Long Vitality pack help this?  Does anybody know or has this helped any one?
