The oils are great and helpful but if there is something that you are doing that is at the root cause of the anxiety it may not resolve easily with the oils. Have you looked at what you are eating? Sugar, foods we have sensitivity to, caffeine, and blood sugar imbalances can all contribute to anxiety. If you have a parasite, or heavy metals or candida these too can cause anxiety. I think that the vitamins and minerals in the LLV are detoxifying and it could perhaps be a result of that. You might want to think about adding chlorella or zeolites into your regime and see if that makes a difference. Making sure that you are well hydrated is another thing to be aware of as even mild dehydration can contribute to anxiety. Eating at regular intervals with fat, fiber and protein will help to keep your blood sugar stable.
