[Everything doTERRA] plantar fasciitis

I am a runner and although I have never had PF, I had Achilles tendinitis a month or so ago. Lemongrass is supposed to help both ailments and I use it daily. I read to massage lemongrass on the affected area 2-3x a day and layer it with Deep Blue. I don't always use the Deep Blue but I massage my ankle with a couple drops of lemongrass and coconut oil every morning after I shower and will apply it NEAT throughout the day if I feel a flare up after a long run.
