I would start the LLV first, start out slowly, just a capsule from each bottle for the first four days then add to it slowly until you are taking the full recommended dose.This will become an important part of your life and you need to stay with it and be consistent.
After one month of taking the LLV you can start the GX and PB according to the instructions on the bottle.
I would suggest you muscle test for the phytoestrogen and see if you need it right now.
I also suggest you use Balance and Onguard on the bottom of your feet daily.
