My granddaughter (14) fell from a 3 story building and we used White Fir, Frankincense and Balance on her at the very beginning. We applied Frankincense up her spine and balance and white fir on the bottom of her feet every couple of hours while she was hospitalized. Continue with it , adding Helichrysum once she came home, and did it as she progressed toward wellness.
She is great now.
