Hi my name is Alejandra I am 26 years old got married couple months ago and i am trying to get pregnant.
I would start by saying that my period has never been normal, ever since i can remember i would get my period every 45 days or every 2 months and sometimes i wouldnt get it for up to 3 months... Last year i experienced something horrible, my period lasted almost a whole month with heavy bleeding... It will sound stupid but i didn't go to see a dr. because i was afraid that he would tell me that i have cancer or something like that. Well i was introduce to doterra 2 months ago and i purchased a physician's kit which comes with the LLV, I haven't start taking them yet. I just bought a GX and PB along with the Phytoestrogen so my question is, What should i do first, take the vitamins or do a detox with GX and PB? or everything at the same time? plus the phytoestrogens? Is there anything else i should buy?
Please help.
